Terms of Service and Refund Policy

1. Overview These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Stonecrest Admin Solutions LLC (“Stonecrest,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Services Provided Stonecrest provides administrative and back-office support to small and mid-size businesses, including but not limited to: Workflow and SOP documentation Vendor communication support Document organization Invoice preparation Operational coordination Services are customized based on individual client needs and may be modified upon mutual agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: Provide accurate information necessary to perform requested services Respond to communication in a timely manner Pay all invoices in accordance with agreed-upon terms Stonecrest is not responsible for delays or outcomes resulting from inaccurate or withheld information.

4. Confidentiality We maintain strict confidentiality with respect to client data, documents, and communications. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to any third party unless legally required to do so.

5. Payment Terms All services are billed in accordance with our engagement terms, either as flat-fee projects or hourly rates. Invoices are typically issued upon service completion or as agreed. Payment is due within 7 days unless otherwise specified.

6. Refund & Dispute Policy As a service-based business, all project-based fees are non-refundable once service is initiated. Clients may contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of billing to request a review of any billing concerns or service-related disputes. Stonecrest may, at its discretion, offer credit or rework to resolve such issues.

7. Limitation of Liability Stonecrest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
